This case is everything I ever wanted in a case and more. I've dropped my tablet with this on it and there was zero damage. The rubber padding on this is incredible and the plastic amazing! The ONLY negative I have to say is that this is not compatible with the dock for the transformer tablet. I knew this going into it but didn't realize how hard it was to take the case off of the tablet once put onto it. This is not a bad thing at all because let me tell you this thing holds your tablet safely like no other but if you own the tablet dock be prepared to either never use it again or sell it *which I did*. But if your looking for protection this is the right case for you!

This product is perfect for those who need a rugged solution for any electronics.Gel cover for shock absorbsion.Integrated screen cover, no need for the transparent stickers. Touch accuracy is fantastic.button and camera port placement is perfect. No difficulty in using any option.Ports for cables are well sealed and keep dirt out well.Holes for speakers in accurate places. Very little muting. This is just a great product and I will be purchasing one for all of my portable electronics.

Wish this case came out before I bought the ASUS factory case. This case makes the Transformer feel solid. It has it's own screen protector so you do not need to buy an additional one. After installing this, you will notice additional weight, so if you are looking to keep it light, this is not for you. High quality, but I believe I overpaid by $10 through AMAZON as it was cheaper direct from the manufacturer. The only issue I have with this case is heat build up. I am not sure of the long term effects of running your eee pad, might be case of occasional lock ups. Not sure though.Overall it is still exactly what I was looking for!

Oh yea.....very solid case. Just bought it yesterday after reading MANY reviews. Looking for an everyday, knock-around type of case. Wanted something I could bring in the shop and not worry about itPros: yep...solid. Can be dropped without worry (yea it's still a computer w/ some amount of fragility) but have heard of several 4-5 foot drops survived without a problem. Much easier to hold. Comes with a replaceable screen protector. Screen protector helps knock down glare and fingerprints. Case protects all ports but leaves open camera and speaker ports.Cons: adds a significant amount of weight to your xformer. Much easier to hold but , due to added weight, is better with two hands more often than not. At least doubles the weight of your xformer. Port covers are a little too stiff when something is plugged in. Would be nice if they were cut back further because currently they put a little too much pressure on the connector plugged in- which isn't over the top, just something to account for.Overall a great case....if that's what your looking for. If you have some fancy leather folder in mind, check elsewhere. And yes....physics does support drop protection with this design. *cough...cites earlier review* The physics behind the design is expanding the duration of the impact (eg. when dropped) , not absorbing less of the impact. Like the citation earlier, however horribly out of context it was, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Compare it to the shock on your car. If you didn't have shocks imagine how rough your ride would be. But with shocks your ride somehow becomes better. WOW!!!! Must be MAGIC!!! The difference is the shock absorbs the energy of the impact over a longer period of time therefore the energy 'felt' is less.Read more ›

Greatest case ever. We had an otterbox for another tablet we had but this case blows that out of the water. It's heavy duty with a built in screen protector. My 7 year old son got this for christmas and I am 100% confident that it will do that job!

Truthfully I read all the reviews and was still so worried about dropping my Asus that I bought this case anyway. Not that it's a bad case. It's an amazing case with incredible durability, I just need something more functional. It is SUPER heavy! Also the way the pieces come together there is a protective screen piece which I did not like. I already have a scratch resistant screen protector on so it was too thick and not clear. I also have the keyboard and remember someone saying sell your keyboard if you buy this case. Well, that is true. I thought surely it's not that difficult and I could just use my keyboard every once in a while, no, false. This case isn't made to go on and come off. I got the black on black which reminds me of a tire tread. Lol, go for one of the colored ones if you need a hard core case and don't own a keyboard or have a screen protector. Great case but I'm going to try something else.
