Great case...terrible supportKevin Agot
I bought the custom case for my iPad Air and it is beautiful. However, since each case is handcrafted, human error can creep in on the final build. The cut-out for my port had a bit of an edge that when I write (which I do a lot of), my wrist can brush against it scratching my skin. While not breaking skin, it's sharp enough to be a painful niggle. I reached out to Dodocase by phone, email and have followed up on numerous occasions. The customer "care" (I use this term loosely) agent apologized and said they'd send me some sandpaper (THEIR idea, not mine), a new bookplate and refund the shipping cost. I was very happy, until after 10 days of radio silence to online inquiries, I called and spoke to someone who said that the previous agent is no longer with the company. However, she would send the items previously promised, right away. It is now a month later and I have nothing. A lot of broken promises...no replies to my email or requests for a return call left on their company messenger. Nothing. Zippo. Nada. Great product...terrible support!!!
