Stylish. Protective, but still some flaws...but like it a lot!D. Sweet
I purchased this above its survivor/otter box competitor for a few reasons... More stylish, much less bulky, and when I had the survivor on my mini I didn't like the response of the screen protector (it wasn't 100% responsive all of the time, thus very annoying), and I personally thought the otter box defender was very ugly.I do wish the ballistic case did incorporate a screen protector, however the corners are in the drop zone and are much more important for protection (I did purchase an inexpensive screen protector for basic protection). The rubber incasement is snug but could be a tighter/firmer fit, especially around the bottom where the speakers and charging dock is. Obviously is not as protective against water/dust and I feel it is slightly less competitive for protection overall vs the survivor/otterbox (the hard plastic cover I will never use unless traveling or putting in a bag/purse of some sort).In summary, if the other competitors came in more desirable colors, and maybe I had a fluke with the poor screen protector performance with the survivor, I would have kept the survivor due to more confidence in overall protection. However the ballistic is very attractive and yet tough while not loosing enough protection/concern to have me doubting my case.

Great case for the ipad mini. Still allows for a thin lightweight carry around with the added durability of the Ballistic product. I have Ballistic cases for all of my handheld electronics and they never fail me.

I have a four year old who like to play on my I-Pad and has dropped it from the shopping cart. I highly recommend this case if you need a durable strong case. It is a tad bulky but I will take bulky over a cracked screen anyday!!

Almost Perfectemma
Protects the iPad from my usual clumsy wear and tear but let me down only once. I, of course, found a way to crack the screen even with full protection.
The BEST case for iPad MiniAndrea
This is absolutely the best case I've had, and I'm so glad I no longer feel the need to go out and try another case to see if something works better for me. It is very sturdy, easy to handle and comfortable to use. There is NO built-in screen protector, which I actually like. All you have to do is snap on the cover when traveling with your tablet to cover the screen. The corners are great for drop protection. I HATED the Otterbox. This case is probably your best bed if you're looking for protection AND full function of your device. Highly recommended!!! And the price was amazing for the quality of the product.
