4 out of 5 stars Great backpack for small laptops and tablets.

I took a chance on this laptop bag, there were no reviews at the time of purchase and the single picture is very vague. You can't tell how big it is, what the inside is like, what the materials are, or the overall quality of the bag. I'm glad I did take a chance and I'm writing this review to help people decide whether to buy this bag or not.The item I purchased was the Navy color nylon backpack that fits 10" Tablets and the Macbook Air 11. I purchased the bag to hold my Acer C720 Chromebook. I was initially worried about size, but the Chromebook fits in there well, with some extra room as well. Lets separate this review into a few sections.1. AppearanceThe appearance of person, place, or thing will always be a very subjective matter. That said, I find the design on the bag quite pleasing with a sleek, minimal exterior. The colors on the "navy" bag are very complementary and look good together. The zipper pulls are nice looking and don't detract from the design, and the faux leather flap does not look like plastic, as so many others do.Score: Not judged, it's a matter of opinion.2. Build Quality / Materials (Note: I only have the nylon backpack, I cannot speak for the quality of the felt bags)While you may not think it for ~20USD, the ForestGreen backpack (at least the Nylon version), is very well made. Not only are the materials thick, the stitching and zippers appear to be very well made. The zipper pulls are made of thick metal, and the zippers themselves are very beefy. I'm not worried about the zippers falling apart in the future. The shape of the backpack is held with what feels like a thin plastic sheet in both the bag's front, it's flap, and it's back. This keeps the attractive shape of the bag even when nothing is in it.Read more ›
