First, this Logitech case fits the iPad Air perfectly in every respect. I also like the convenience of having the iPad go to sleep whenever I close the case. The case is solidly constructed, provides excellent protection for the iPad, and the grippy textured surface makes it unlikely to slip out of your hands.A few nitpicks:1. though the case will hold the iPad at "any angle" as Logitech says (and it's easy to adjust the angle), it holds that position only for viewing the iPad (e.g., watching a video/movie). If you are typing/searching the web, the iPad does move around.2. The case is heavy. At home, of course, I don't care, but this isn't the case I'd want to take traveling. The iPad Air Smart Cover has the essential features, but it only weighs about four ounces.

Simple. Thats what I like. Durable. Thats what I look for. This product has both. Awesome! If that is what you want, this is the Case for you! I wasn't sure how it worked when I first opened it.... but then I saw that the purple pad is what the IPad sits on. I put my IPad into the slots, and open it up and set the screen on the purple pad. Voila! Done! The hinge was, and is the selling point for me. Other cases you actually use the outer cover to fold up and put "under" the IPad to prop it up. I have one of those too, and sometimes can't remember how it goes. With this product you open it up and the back hinge is designed to allow you to set it at whatever angle you want it to sit on the purple rubber side. Love that!!!The material is strong and durable. The gray backing will withstand a lot of use, and is quite beautiful. The purple rubber material that it sits on is quite nice too. It is soft and has a bit of a rubber texture to it.For the price, I think you are getting a nice cover.

Like most of these type cases they are designed to work in landscape only orientation. Unlike my other adjustable angle cases, this case doesn't have any indentations for fixed angles. Instead there is a velvet material inside the case's cover. The bottom edge of the iPad itself holds well when adjusted on this material. You have an infinite amount of adjustment angles, and they all work perfectly even without the indentations. The case itself doesn't surround the iPad completely, thus it's a bit more exposed to wear or damage than some of my other more standard cases. The look is unique with the grey type pattern that you will either like or not. My first reaction was "well that's different". I think it looks good. My wife did too I guess since she confiscated it from me.Like all of these cases they add bulk.Recommended

Logitech Hinge Flexible Case with Any-Angle Stand for iPad AirThis is a very nice stand for an iPad Air. It does not allow a rotation from portrait to landscape unless the entire case is turned, which does work just fine. It has a solid smooth-gliding hinge which makes it effortless to use. It will protect the iPad Air. Like the Apple case, this one will use the auto wake/sleep when the cover is opened and closed. What I really liked most about this stand and case is the wonderful fabric cover. It is not rubbery feeling like so many on the market. It provides protection, yet the fabric feel is so pleasant.Try it, you will like it.

Well constructed. I like being able to adjust the angle any way I want in the landscape mode. I don't find this to be the most attractive cover but that is personal preference. The case offers only modest protection to dropping... at most but this isn't the real purpose. I also have the keyboard case... I tend to use that more..but this is smaller and lighter.

I like this case a great deal and I'm not all that easy to please when it comes to my iPad.The chief differential making this case unique in my experience is its ability to handle literally an infinite number of angles for the landscape orientation. The portrait orientation is limited to 90 degrees or perfectly upright. Still, in the upright position, the iPad remains reasonably secure. It won't fall backwards without a good shove but it can fall forward without much effort.Still, the landscape orientation is the key feature. Unlike other adjustable angle cases, the Logitech doesn't have detents permitting fixed angles. Instead, there is a velvet-like material forming the iPad case's inside cover. The bottom edge of the iPad itself holds well when placed on this material. Beats me how this works. It didn't look like it should but it works perfectly every time.Up to now, I didn't think I'd care about infinite landscape adjustments but this turns out to be one of those things where once you know it's there, nothing else will do. I can adjust my iPad to get the precise angle for reading or to avoid that nasty glare from an overhead lamp or for any other reason. I'm sold on this feature and saying that I am surprises me a bit too.The case itself doesn't form a shell completely surrounding the iPad meaning it's a bit more exposed to possible wear from rough handling than some of the competing cases. The cover does form a very small lip meaning if you put the cased iPad down so it's 90 degrees either landscape or portrait with the cover in place, the iPad itself doesn't touch down but vary the angle much and it can. This is not a case for very rough duty unless you'll accept a few scratches on your iPad's case.Read more ›
