Best I've Foundspineastnyc
I bought this for my elderly mother's new iPad, knowing she would drop the iPad. It took me awhile to figure out how to open it - found a YouTube video showing that you just pull the rubber back along the sides of the front cover and kind of peel it off around the edges. At first I then inserted the iPad the wrong way, which I realized when the red rubber wasn't fitting property, and it was very difficult to get the front black protector off the iPad -- I was worried I would crack the front of the iPad by trying to get that off, but I finally accomplished that without damage. Once I put the iPad in the right way clicking it into the front black protector, it was fine, then slipped the red rubber around it easily. The back stand is a little difficult to pull back and the front front cover coating is not ideal (not as nice as some matte film covers and fingerprints show easily), but a eyeglass cloth cleans the front pretty well. It is the best I've tried (I've tried several) for protection, stand-up option and lighter weight.
