Pros:1. Nice quality leather that is properly put together with a nice finish.2. Space for business cards3. Magnetic fitting to put iPad to sleep when closed4. Professional business look5. Provides adequate protection for the deviceCons:Lost one star because:1. The case did not line up properly with the home button of the iPad2. The leather tongue that clips to the case when closed is a nuisance when the case is open as there is no place to secure it so that it does not obstruct the view of the top/bottom of screen.3. The case is a bit on the heavy side especially when the iPad is inserted and has to be carried around for a while.4. Miss not having a place to hold my stylus.
