4 out of 5 stars Nice bag

Have used this bag for about six months now, carry a 17" MacBook pro, a 13" MacBook air, an iPad, along with chargers and cords for each. I still have room for a levenger portfolio, a camera and numerous file folders. I have flown with it over ten times and I carry it to and from the office every day, and the only complaint I have is it needs larger wheels. It drags on the back when it is pulled because the wheels are so small and the material on the bag is fraying on the bottom because of this, another inch of height would do wonders for this unit. The lay out and the room on this bag is outstanding, there are little nooks and crannies to stick ear buds, pens, magazines for easy access when traveling, and even a change of clothes. It will easily fit in the overhead bin. The zippers are great and the fabric is tough. This case is one of the best laid out I have ever used in my 60 plus years.I have a Brenthaven bag and the wheels work better but the way it is layed out is not even close to this one and the cost is almost twice the price.I would purchase this bag again without a thought, I will get over 12 months of every day use out of it before it looks too ragged from the frayed material by the wheels and for the price that is not bad. No frays anywhere else and no problems loading it to the brim.If this company would put larger wheels on this bag it would be perfect.

5 out of 5 stars A great solution to all the stuff you have to drag along

After my last business trip to Europe with a shoulder bag for my laptop I vowed never to repeat the experience - it's just too much weight to carry around for hours and yet at the same time it wasn't enough room to accommodate an overnight stay.Features:The front pouch, secured with a very chunky zipper, is great for smaller things to which you might need ready access - boarding passes, maps, etc. Behind that is a very useful, multi-compartment area that accommodates passports, memory sticks, USB cables and the like. Just above this is a small pouch with wide zippered opening that I find holds a laptop power brick and cables just fine.Moving further back, the next compartment is the primary laptop storage area. There's the padded laptop sleeve, intended to make easy removal for security screening simpler, a dedicated tablet pouch that holds an iPad very securely, and an expanding document portfolio area that helps organize papers and the like. Finally you come to the overnight part of the case, just big enough for a couple of shirts , underwear and the bare minimum of toiletries. The handle extends far enough for me to feel comfortable pulling the bag (I'm 6'4"), and the wheels roll easily over everything I've tried so far.Size is absolutely perfect for overheads, where you'll typically be one of the smaller bags - there's no trouble at all finding space.Construction:Much better quality throughout than I was expecting. Materials, zips, stitching - all very well done and to a high standard. There's a feeling of quality throughout. In Use:Perfect - exactly what I needed. I carry laptop, Kindle, iPad, cameras and other stuff with ease and absolutely none of the shoulder ache I had before!

5 out of 5 stars Great bag for electronic gadgets

I just purchased this roller bag for a trip to Hawaii. It fit both of my Ipads, DSLR camera, Nintendo DS and every cord, battery charger, etc in its easily accessible pockets. There are many access pockets that can hold your headphones and other things that you may need to get a hold of quickly. I also had snacks and other assorted things in it. It was much sturdier than a backpack and doesn't take up more room than my old 17 inch backpack that I used for a laptop and the Ipads. The wheels rolled perfectly and I didn't have any problems with the bag dragging the ground when rolling. It never fell over since the bag tilts slightly towards the handle side. The handle only telescopes to one height but it was sturdy. No problems with this case and would buy it again if this one wears out.

5 out of 5 stars Best overnight bag for 17in laptop

I have recently been request to travel with the company for short trips that require my 17in laptop for work to come along with me. This Bag has done the trick, the laptop area is in the center and the bag actual sits at a backwards angle, so even with just the laptop in it, the bag will not fall forward, like some other designs do. There is a front pocket for cabling and accessories, and the center opening for the laptop, can also accommodate file folders/papers/binders. The clothes area looks bigger than it is, I could barely stuff in 2 days' worth of clothing, and a light jacket, and I do pack light, if I utilize some of the laptop space I could probably get another pair of cloths, but then I risk it falling out when removing the laptop and sleeve at the TSA security. There is really no room for a pair of shoes either. But for the short trips this is an excellent laptop overnight bag, for longer trips it is an excellent laptop carry-on bag. It will keep your laptop secure and safe, and I love just the ability to pull the sleeve out with the laptop in it and go right through security, slide it back in and go.

5 out of 5 stars An amazingly compact case that holds a ton

I admit to being extremely nervous buying this case. So many cases that claim to hold a 17" laptop apparently don't. Given how many 17" laptops sell nowadays, I can't understand why case manufacturers aren't making models that clearly handle them.Anyway, this one has a removable laptop carrying case (that holds nothing but the actual laptop) that fits my 17.3" laptop perfectly. Obviously, the sleeve itself fits back in the case well, albeit "snugly", but that's a good thing. The rest of the case is well designed and has ample room for cables and accessories, including a compartment for a night or two of clothes.I'm glad I trusted the positive reviews and took a chance on this one.
