Lots of Pocketsrose thyme
This backpack appears to be very well made, and has lots of nice storage pockets for electronics and other items. The zippers function well and have easy to use pulls, etc. I may be "luggage deprived", but I never had a backpack before. I was probably waiting for a quality item like this and will be very happy to put it to good use.

This is designed to be used as a laptop case but I got it with the thinking that I can use it as a regular backpack and lo and behold that is exactly what I have done and it works well. I use it for hiking and as a carry on. At the end of the day, it still fits a laptop so buy it and see how it works for you.

This backpack is strong and offers a decent (but shy of super) amount of padding to protect your electronics. Note, however, that it is not quite as big as it appears in the photos -- you can fit a change of clothes in there, but not if you're going to a formal wedding.The black style with red trim looks great, especially if you like zippers. Welcome to Zipper City! It reminds me of a pair of pants I had in 1983. There are ten of those bad boys, and that's just on the outside -- a couple more are hiding on inside pockets. So if you have a lot of small items, this could be the bag for you.

I don't think you could find a better laptop backpack, even if you paid twice the price! My 8 year old takes her laptop with her to many, many places and I used to constantly worry about it. Not anymore. This Case Logic Backpack provides plenty of protection and plenty of compartments for everything! I would give it 6 stars if I could!

We have a similar laptop backpack by Thule. The Thule is a great backpack, but it was just a little bulky and had the hard "clamshell" compartment at the top.This Case Logic backpack is now our go-to backpack for when we travel.Its smaller form factor makes it much easier to travel with than our Thule backpack.The red highlights on the backpack are well placed giving it a great look.The storage compartments are well thought out from the laptop, tablet, to the side pockets where a water bottle can fit.The shoulder straps are very comfortable, and when the backpack was full of stuff, it still felt comfortable and well weighted.The zippers are large and high quality, and the handle at the top is thick and sturdy. There's also a handle on the bottom for hefting it horizontally.Great backpack!

I carry my laptop around everywhere, and have never really done a very great job of protecting it and keeping it safe.This may sound like exaggeration, but I assure you, it is not. This is truly the best back pack I have ever owned. The extra padding helps keep my electronics safe, as I am not always careful about how I lay it down. It has enough pockets and compartments to allow me to keep business items and personal items separate while traveling. The back straps have really nice padding that help keep the fatigue down while commuting into the city, plus somehow help keep that area around the shoulders cool – LOVE THIS. The construction of the bag’s feel seems to be high quality. The zippers are heavy duty, yet very easy to open and close. It’s also very nice looking – it’s sharp, something I could carry off into the woods, bring into a business meeting, or take with me to Starbuck’s. All in all, I would recommend this bag to anyone who needs a nice back pack to carry laptops on a daily basis.

I have several backpacks. Some for commuting and some for actually hiking. This is a really good commuting backpack. It has lots of handy pockets, a protective notebook pocket, padded arm straps and it looks really nice. Love this bag! I am always a little nervous about taking my laptop out and about, but I really felt it was safe and secure as it could be in the compartment for it in this backpack. I've had other Case Logic bags and they are very sturdy and well made. I especially like this one because of the well padded lap top compartment and all the other handy pockets. I like to keep stuff all in the same place so I can find it easily and that is easy to do with this. The only thing is I would prefer another color, but that is minor, it is a great case for storing everything for a day out and nicely light weight too. All my junk weighs enough without the bag I put it in adding to it if it doesn't need to. Highly recommend.
